Garage Door Installation
Customer Issue: Mr. Daniel felt overwhelmed with options for his new garage door, and wanted suggestions based on his needs.
Our Solution: Our team felt that a Clopay Canyon Ridge model garage door combined beauty with energy efficiency, which would make it a stylish and useful fit for Mr. Daniel’s home. We got the door onto the tracks and closed them around the rollers. Our experts then adjusted the tension and balance once the springs and cable were connected. We carefully set up the safety sensors as well.
Track Replacement
Customer Issue: The customer’s garage door was opening slowly and noisily, more and more so as time went by. She finally decided to call for help.
Our Solution: It didn’t take us long to determine that the garage door tracks had been loose for some time, and been badly warped and bent during use because of this. After informing the customer, they took the door off and replaced both tracks before oiling them and reinstalling the door.
